Reducing water consumption by installing solenoid valves in toilets to cut off the water supply in case of passive operation and utilising rainwater, which accounts for ⅕ of the total consumption.
Reduction of CO2 emissions in the building by as much as 76% compared to the same building implemented in traditional technology.

In Poseidon, electricity, heating and cooling are generated by using renewable energy.
